I was born with Source consciousness fully awake and intact, experiencing oneness as a tangible moment to moment reality – a kind of bliss where everything was bathed in Light and held in Love. We were all a part of this substance of Love. I loved everyone and everything infinitely and I WAS this Love. There was absolutely no fear – only joy of Life in its purest essence.
I retained that state, on and off, for a number of years. But, as is the story for so many of us, my Soul’s Path led me through multiple traumas – reorienting my consciousness into the depths of Earth plane density. And I entered the valley of the human journey – domestic violence, complex PTSD, eating disorders, depression, panic disorder, alcoholism and self-harm. But I was always quietly held from ‘behind the scenes’, and guided when I most needed it. And, ultimately, my own journey of recovery and deep healing taught me how to master energy work on the Earth Plane – holding a steady vibration, transmuting density and developing self-love – and led me to many healing modalities. Consequently, I trained in Person-Centred Counselling, Spiritual Healing, Holistic Massage, Light Touch Reflexology, Crystal Energy Healing, Etheric Healing, Esoteric Healing, as a Soul Midwife (holding and harmonising people – and animals – through the transitional stage of ‘death’) and as a Massage in Schools Instructor – teaching safe boundaries and healing self-care practices to children. I worked for over ten years as an Holistic Healer and Therapist with individuals and groups of all ages, as well as with organisations (such as MIND, Age Concern and the Alzheimer’s Society), offering individual healing sessions and facilitating meditation and wellbeing groups for people with diverse physical and mental circumstances and conditions – from primary school children to those in palliative care.
I also spent over 10 years as a full time family carer, supporting somebody very close to me, with extreme dissociation and CPTSD, through trauma recovery. I ultimately consider this experience to be both the hardest experience of my life – on all levels – and the greatest spiritual training I’ve ever had. It called forth from me an unshakable strength and stability and a capacity to hold an unwavering safe and loving presence through the most stressful circumstances of my life. The key to this was developing steady and balanced energetic boundaries, building a foundation of self-care that underlies all my sacred service, and surrendering all – with absolute trust – to the loving Source that eternally holds us.
Stepping into a conscious Divine Union relationship with my husband was the catalyst for an intensive process of even deeper emotional clearing and healing and increased spiritual expansion. This period of my life was another deep initiation, shifting me fully into integrated Soul Consciousness and restoring my Divine Sovereignty. During this time, I deepened into regular planetary group service work on the inner planes and also spent several years studying with the Lucis Trust’s Arcane School, becoming an Awakening your Light Body graduate with the OrinDaben Foundation, and training in Zang Fu Gong, Wuji Hundun, 5 Animal form and Radiant Lotus Qi Gong with veteran teacher and lineage holder Daisy Lee – continuing to deepen into spiritual expansion and grounded embodiment as a unified and balanced experience.
Whilst processing the death of my only sibling, I experienced another major expansion in consciousness which, not only facilitated the continuation of that deep Soul connection beyond this dimension, but also resulted in my reconnection (in this lifetime) with my Star Families and my memories of Lemuria. This fully reactivated my multidimensional channeling consciousness, as well as myriad Galactic and Elemental Light Languages, and my healing work expanded beyond anything that had been possible before.
Relationships have always been at the heart of my Spiritual Journey – including, importantly, my relationship to my own Body, the Earth herself and all Earth Beings – as catalysts for my reawakening to Self and all of my true healing and growth, expansion and service. This return to oneness and interconnection is at the heart of all my work.
A few years ago, I was called to the healing and magical land of North Wales, where I am so blessed to be immersed everyday in immense beauty and a deep connection with all the realms of Nature Beings. This beloved Land flows with crystalline waterfalls and quartz lines the forest paths. It is a place of great power and purity, that supports, underlies, amplifies, grounds and integrates all my work. It flows through my heart as an expression of the New Lemuria – the Golden Dawn of ascended Earth.
Here, I work in close co-creation with The Andromedan Star Mothers, The Pleiadian Sisters of the Blue Rose and other groups from The Star Mother Collective, as a direct channel, frequency holder and teacher of a series of Galactic Rose Codes – birthed as gifts of love from the Heart of the Cosmos for all on Earth at this time. I also offer individually channeled multidimensional healing sessions, in direct co-creation with the Galactic Healing Teams, Ascended Masters, Angels and Archangels, Lemurian Elders, Dragons and Unicorns of Light and other Divine Guides – as well as one to one Soul Evolution and Ascension support sessions, personalised Light Language Healing Transmissions, and other group healing journeys, workshops and courses that are all co-created with the Teams of Light.
All of my work is woven out of my conscious journey from pure Source Light, into the depths of Earth Plane density, and my return path of trauma recovery, self-healing and ultimate re-emergence into multidimensional consciousness on Earth, in sacred service – leading me back to an indwelling experience of the pure Love and Light that has always been holding every aspect of my journey.
My passion and purpose is to assist others on their own unique journeys of healing, spiritual growth, consciousness evolution and Divine Embodiment – to find their truest expression of who they are and to live their unique purpose in our Ascension process, as a radiant presence within the universal Family of Light.
